COMESA-EAC-SADC Tripartite African Agreement (Customs Union)

The objective of the COMESA-EAC-SADC tripartite Free Trade Agreement is the creation of the Tripartite Free Trade Area as well as achieving the Customs Union of the 26 member countries.

The member countries of the Tripartite Free Trade Agreement of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) are Burundi, the Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Uganda, the DR Congo, Rwanda, the Seychelles, Sudan, Eswatini, Zambia and Zimbabwe

The member countries of the Tripartite Free Trade Agreement of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) are South Africa, Angola, Botswana, the DR Congo, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, the Seychelles, Eswatini, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe

The member countries of the Tripartite Free Trade Agreement of the East African Community (EAC) are Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda
