Rights and liabilities of professors of EENI Global Business School

The Rights of Professors of EENI Global Business School:

  1. Exercise academic freedom based on respect for scientific truth and in accordance with the objectives of EENI
  2. Participate in the governing and working bodies of EENI Global Business School, in accordance with the legal provisions and with the rules that govern the organization and operation of the university
  3. Know the results of the evaluations of their performance to which they are subject
  4. Propose measures to improve the results of teaching and research
  5. Know the resolutions adopted by the organs of EENI Global Business School, which affect them as professors and as members of the EENI community
  6. Participate in the activities organized by EENI
  7. All those rights that are established in the university and labour legislation in force as well as in the employment contract

The liabilities of Professors of EENI Global Business School:

  1. Know the tools of distance education and adapt to the technologies, following the training courses organised for this purpose
  2. To scrupulously fulfill the functions of teaching and research under their responsibility, in accordance with the laws and with the rules of organisation and operation of EENI
  3. Attend tutorials at pre-set times.
  4. Execute with skill and dignity the positions and representations that can be attributed to them
  5. Treat students and other professors with respect for their dignity, without incurring any type of discrimination
  6. Submit to established procedures and performance evaluation systems, participate in accreditation processes and report quarterly and annually on their education and research activities to the centre to which they are attached.
  7. Participate in the activities organised by EENI, collaborate with the governing bodies of EENI in the exercise of their functions and exercise responsibly the job for which they have been elected or appointed
  8. Respect the current rules of organisation and management as well as the rules of development
  9. All those obligations that are established in the University and labour legislation in force as well as in the work contract
