All the countries of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) are members of the COMESA-EAC-SADC Tripartite Free Trade Agreement.

South Sudan has requested the access to the Common Market of the Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).

The former members of COMESA are Angola, Lesotho, Namibia, Mozambique and Tanzania.
